Generally speaking in residential applications CPO is not required. But hiring an operator that is certified indicates that they are willing to go the extra mile to learn proper technique and standards for keeping your pool perfect year round. The Certified Pool & Spa Operator® (CPO®) certification program is the world’s leading education and certification program for keeping pools safer and keeping them open. Over 400,000 students have been trained since 1972. CPO certification provides individuals with the knowledge, techniques, and skills required for proper pool operations.   • An emailed report per visit including gps tagged photos, chemical reading and dosages as well as any important notes.
  • Water testing and balancing per visit as needed in accordance with standards from a variety of industry recognized platforms
  • Pool vacuuming per visit as needed

Hiring a pool maintenance company that carries the adequate licensing and insurance policies is important for many reason. We all hope for the best in every situation but life happens and sometimes knowing that the company working for you maintains the necessary city, county, and state licenses brings peace of mind knowing they follow proper business practices. Firstly we recommend you contact us right away for a free estimate and water test. Many times despite using the recommended products, Pools or Spas can become tolerant or immune to treatment chemicals. Furthermore, (if applicable) at times other professionals do not pay close attention to your Pool and Spa which can result in declining chemistry health, which can be difficult to turn around. They may feel ashamed to admit defeat and may be negligent to mention in hopes you won't realize until it becomes visible. If you feel this may be you, it may be time to reach out to us so we can propose a plan in order to get it back to its former glory and keep it that way moving forward. 

Hiring a full service professional makes great sense when considering the rising costs of chemicals and the hot Florida weather year-round. However, if you feel you have enough time and energy to dedicate consistent attention to your Pool and Spa you may be a good candidate for our at home water testing and product delivery membership. This gives you all the savings of visiting your local pool store but at your door without having to put products in your vehicle or exposing yourself to potentially hazardous goods. Unfortunately, if you cannot care for it consistently it may prove more costly over time as certain issues can arise.

We provide our full service clients with weekly or daily (mainly commercial applications) water tests, skimming, stand-alone vacuuming , brushing, basket cleaning, and chemical infusions. We perform equipment inspections and tests to make sure everything is working as it should. These of course are performed on a as needed or as agreed  basis depending on water test results and general conditions of the pool and spa. Some customers may have different needs for example, if the property hosts vacation rentals such as  Airbnb, VRBO, or other similar platforms.  We also do filter cleaning and replacements as needed seasonally. Not to mention other a la carte services and product sales. In Florida our climate generally speaking is hot, hotter, and hottest with the occasional cool down. So our Pools and Spas require constant attention contrary to many other areas of the United States.
